We work solely on a basis of payment in advance.
After placing the order, you will receive “Order on-hold” message to your email. Soon after, you also receive an invoice into your email with total sum of ordered goods and shipment costs. When it is paid, we start the production of the ordered item. To confirm this the “Processing order” confirmation is sent to you.
Your order should be delivered within two weeks after this confirmation.
Please, DO NOT pay before receiving the invoice since the shipping costs should first be included into it!

In Finland the shipping is 5,90€. Please, note that we only use parcel automat for posting within Finland.
For shipping to the rest of EU, outside EU or overseas, please, contact us or wait for the official invoice.
If you have been sent the wrong product or if faulty/damaged product was sent to you, it will be replaced with a new one.
You have a 14-day money back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you will receive a full refund provided you have returned the product unused. If you would like to return a product, please, contact us first.
We do not replace normal wear of product nor incorrectly handled items. We do not accept the returns after 14 days of receiving your goods. If the parcel in damaged while shipping, please make reclamation to post immediately. We do not take any responsibility for cargo damage.

If the parcel is not picked up from the automat or a courier is unable to deliver, it will be sent back to us. To cover the costs in such cases we will charge you the shipping expenses that we incur.
